JIIART is pleased to announce its membership in the Regional Arbitral Institutes Forum (RAIF) and the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group (APRAG).

RAIF, which JIIART joined in September 2022 is a forum that facilitates cooperation and exchange between arbitral institutes primarily in the South East Asian region through international conferences.

APRAG, which JIIART joined last year, is a regional federation of 49 arbitration associations. Since its formation in November 2004, APRAG has been active in its efforts to improve standards and knowledge of international commercial and investment arbitration together with other forms of alternative dispute resolution in the Asia Pacific Region.

As a member of RAIF and APRAG, JIIART looks forward to redoubling its efforts to disseminate information and provide education regarding international arbitration.
